The assembled sublight engines were then attached to the main hull. Other then the minor issue I talked about in the previous post with the FTL drive, the fit in this kit has been very good.
All eight attached.
Time to get a coast of primer on the main hull. I’m using Badger’s Stynylrez gray primer. In the UK it’s available as UMP primer. I’ll start with the underside then flip it over and put it on the included stand to prime the top side. I’m guessing at least two full color cups in my Badger 105 airbrush.
It actually took just over two color cups. Looking good and will now let it dry for 24 hours.
Next step will be to finish the flight pods.
