Got some Aqueous interior green on today. based on the first coat my thinner/paint ratio was off. Second coat was better but still some issues. Going to give the airbrush a good clean and then do some test spraying on the paint mule before I do any more major painting.
I can proceed with the weathering and assembly of the interior.
Actually looking at those gear doors, there are some mold marks to deal with, so another repainting will happen once those are cleaned up.
Not much work this week due to catching covid which laid me out for 3 days. Finally clear on Saturday but I still do not have much energy.
I did try something I’ve read about before for the seatbelts. I put the decal on some double-sided Tamiya tape and put a coat of decal set on it. Once it was dried, I then trimmed it. Still a bit of adjustment, but it looks better than just the decal.
